Archie Symes, Founder of Rable Studio
Rable is a furniture studio founded by Archie Symes, a designer based in England and a graduate in Industrial Design from Loughborough University. His formal design education and industry experience underpin an obsession with detail, precision, and manufacturing.

A lifelong maker, Archie’s connection to woodworking began early in the workshop of his grandfather’s organic farm, instilling an early commitment to sustainability and material-led design. This continues to inform his work across furniture, interior projects, and product design.

Our product photography celebrates the British countryside -any excuse to get outside. Our products are pictured amongst rolling hills, forests and rockfaces - can't beat natures studio! This does lead to some questionable looks from unsuspecting walkers!
